Rental Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to rental. A $500USD refundable security deposit is required with your final payment. The security deposit will be returned promptly once the property has been inspected. The Villa will only be rented to one party at a time.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, the following amounts are not refundable:
$200USD if cancelled 45 days prior to rental. 50% of rental if cancelled 30 days prior or less. 100% of rental if cancelled 14 days or less prior to rental.
